FAQs
What is a Cush sofa?
Cush is Lovesac’s most spacious line of oversized sofas and sectionals, designed for deep, sink-in comfort and a relaxed, elevated look. Generous proportions, signature Ultraloft Fill, and tailored Covers create an inviting sofa or sectional that feels indulgently soft while still looking beautifully pulled together.
How soft and comfortable is Cush?
Cush has a deep, plush sit that lets you comfortably sink in without sacrificing support. Its Multi-Layer Comfort System combines supportive foam layers, a 9-Chamber Seat Cushion Topper, and signature Ultraloft Fill developed to deliver exceptional softness while helping the Cushions hold their shape beautifully.
Do Cush couches lose their shape over time?
Cush Cushions are designed to retain their shape with minimal fluffing. The 9-Chamber Seat Cushion Topper helps keep the signature Ultraloft Fill evenly distributed, while structured foam layers provide lasting support underneath. Occasional care according to the product instructions will help your Cush continue looking and feeling its best.
What are the Cush shipping, return, exchange, and warranty policies?
Cush delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks. Within 1–3 weeks of ordering, our delivery partner will contact you to schedule your White Glove Delivery appointment, typically Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Cush also includes Lovesac’s risk-free 60-Day Home Trial, so you can return or exchange it within 60 days if it isn’t right for you. Cush Seat Frames, Sticky Feet, and Clamps are backed by a Lifetime Warranty. Cushions, Back Pillows, and Covers are covered for three years. Terms and conditions apply.
What sizes and configurations does Cush come in, and will it fit my room?
Cush comes in six launch configurations:
2-Cushion Sofa – 88" W × 44" D
3-Cushion Sofa – 132" W × 44" D
4-Cushion Sofa – 176" W × 44" D
Chaise 4-Piece Sectional – 132" W × 88" D
Chaise 5-Piece Sectional – 176" W × 88" D
Double Chaise 6-Piece Sectional – 176" W × 88" D
Each configuration is created from three generously sized 44" × 44" pieces – the Cush Corner, Cush Armless, and Cush Ottoman – which can be combined to create a variety of layouts. Because Cush has especially generous proportions, measure your room, entryways, and desired walking space before choosing your configuration.
